1 Razzmatazzberry Blenderful

1/4 cup Tequila

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

1/4 cup chopped canned jalapenos

2 Tbs. flour

Combine all ingredients in small sauce pan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until sauce thickens. Serve as dipping sauce with fried onion and jalapeno strips. Also delicious with chicken strips.

1 Pina Colada Blenderful 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk

3 drops yellow food coloring

1 16 oz. container Cool Whip 1 10 inch graham cracker pie crust

1 small can crushed pineapple 1 Tbs. flour

toasted coconut to garnish

Combine first 3 ingredients in mixing bowl and mix on medium speed. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill over night. Combine Pineapple and flour in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until it thickens. Cool and drizzle over top of pie. Garnish with toasted coconut. This recipe is delicious with any of our flavors. Adjust food coloring and fresh fruit garnish accordingly.

1 Margarita Man Blenderful

1/2 cup Tequila

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 clove minced garlic

1/2 small onion chopped

1 tsp. ground pepper

1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate 2 hours. Grill meat brushing with marinade while cooking. This is good on all types of meat, fish and poultry. It makes enough to marinate several pounds of your favorite meat so it is perfect for barbeque parties.

1 Dreamcicle Blenderful 1 Vanilla cake mix

1 small box orange Jello 1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup water 4 eggs

1/4 cup flour 2 Tbsp grated orange peel

1/4 gallon vanilla ice cream 1 can vanilla frosting

1 large orange cut in slices

Pre heat oven to 350. Combine first 8 ingredients in mixing bowl beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 inch round cake pans. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool cakes to room temperature then place cake s in freezer.

Put vanilla ice cream into mixing bowl and beat until it is soft serve consistancy. Pour into an 8 inch round cake pan and place in freezer. Let cakes and ice cream freeze 2 hours.

Remove from freezer and put 1 layer cake on cake plate, top with ice cream layer (place cake pan in warm water about 20 sec. to remove ice cream from pan), place 2nd layer of cake on top. Return to freezer for an hour. Frost cake with vanilla frosting and garnish with fresh orange slices.
