The blender is powered by a Homelite 25cc, 2 stroke gas engine. The starting cord sits in the base and uses Homelite's patented "Zip Start" technology. Give it a yank and the engine roars to life. We think the coolest thing is the motorcycle handles attached to the base. One is actually the throttle that controls the engine and the speed of the blender. Talk about revving up your party!! The pitcher is break resistant and has special ice crushing blades to blend the perfect drinks.
